The following rules apply to all images uploaded to the Candy Meow Series Wikia. For the appropriate usage of these images in articles, consult the corresponding section in the Manual of Style.
General[]
- Any image considered to be inappropriate (nudity, sexual activity, gore, etc) is to be immediately deleted and, depending on the severity of the offense, the user may be blocked from editing the Wiki.
- Only upload images that you are going to use (in articles, blogs, comments or forum), any images that are not used after 7 days of their upload will be deleted.
- Before deleting an unused image, you must check if there is a page where it can be included, and include it if that is the case.
- Galleries do not count as a valid use by itself. Galleries are only a collection of images already used in other places.
Hatsune Miku, this character is not in Candy Series.
- Any images that are not related to Candy Series shall also get deleted. The image on the right is just a simple example of that.
- However, those kind of images are allowed if you are going to use them for personal use (profile, user avatar, signature design, etc). But the images you want to use for your personal account should only be a maximum of 4 images.
- If any user wants to upload more than the requirement of the number of images, do leave a message on an admin's or veteran user's message wall, and wait for him/her to reply before uploading the image.
Naming[]
The image's filename should be a brief description of the action or character that the image is showcasing. The admins shall not tolerate any ridiculous names of files and the files should immediately be renamed or deleted.

File information and Licensing[]
Every image uploaded to the wiki must include File information and Licensing. This is not only for legal reasons, but also to make it easier to locate the image's source. When uploading the image, just type in {{Fair Use Rationale}} into the summary source box.
